Guarantee:
All new instruments have been checked and corrected. All occasions have been overhauled totally. and are sold with two years service warranty in addition to the factory guarantee. For two full years, we repair or replace any pad, cork, spring or other part required without any charge to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Cases, lacquer finishes and plating are not covered by warranties.

Shipping &Ordering info:
All instruments can be sent to you for a short approval period without any obligation. Used instruments can be exchanged for 12 months. Used instruments can also be returned for 12 months. Then we charge you 2,5% for each month that you used it. The customer is charged Euro100,- for shipping and insurance. We require full deposit, which is completely refundable if you decide not to keep the instrument. Mouthpieces can be sent with three pieces at the time for a short testing period. The customer is obligated to buy one mouthpiece. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance. We require full deposit for all mouthpieces.
